I have decided, drinking gas filled liquids is bad for me. I never really drink much; possibly one two litre bottle per week, but it never tastes nice; is too fizzy; leaves me feeling bloated; and is sickly.

As of yesterday, after a drink of Dr Pepper, I have decided to quit drinking carbonated rubbish, and instead, stick to a good old cup of tea.

I feel liberated. Woooo.

Well, my fingers are no longer un-damaged in the kitchens. Due to a slip across an onion, I managed to put the blade of my freshly sharpened knife into my middle finger.

Not good. Up until that point I was the only one of us who hadn’t cut themselves. It was all a matter of time I guess, either that or a conspiracy.

I blame the sixteen year old’s though, if they weren’t in I wouldn’t have been assisting them prep vegetables; thus preventing my humongous death defying injury. Because like, I sooo could have died and everything.

The cut itself isn’t all that deep, or not deep enough to cause damage or issues.

I have managed to cut into my nail though, which is funny.

It will heal up by the weekend. I’ll be like new by Monday.

This is big news!! I’m ill!!

I came down with it last night, and spent the whole of it awake; in pain. I had to miss a day of college to avoid any deaths to students and staff on my part, passing on the virus to the food I prepped and cooked. We wouldn’t want a large number of college idiots students dieing now would we? Well, would we? :lol:

I feel like crap at the moment, my nose is all bunged up and my head hurts.

I’ll put some food on in a little bit to help aid my recovery, but I’m a man; it won’t.

I have to go back to the shitty job centre tomorrow, at 10am, to transfer my un-employment status back to them; as it was previously with Pertemps. Fucking hate the job center, they think they’re better than everyone else. I’m going to pull my dyslexia card and go back to Pertemps, as I’ll be seen as requiring extra support.

I’ve just been to the opticians for an eye test, as it’s been two years since I last went, which is the advised period anyway and I don’t see the point going until they ask me to.

OMG, the woman who took the test/gave the test/or whatever is definitely worth pulling.

There isn’t much change in my prescription, unlike the previous time, which was a huge leap. This time everything will be a little less blurry, so that’s great.

I’ll be swapping my frames to a swexi designer pair aswell, being un-employed entitles me to a voucher and money off. Wohoo, £40 for a pair of £125 designer frames with Single Vision Pentax lenses; UltraClear; and scratch resistant coating. I’m going to ask about the night driving anti-glare coating, as I never received it last time for some reason. the price may go up though.

The frames have had to be ordered in from the warehouse, so may be here by the weekend where I get to try them on and order my lenses. The fitting may take a week so I won’t have the swanky new specks for starting college.

Well what an eventful week. I shall be writing a series of entries over the next two days about everything that has happened.

Topic five: Hospitality.

OMG! I just found out earlier tonight that my mam is going to hospital.

She has some sort of problem with her eyes, like a cyst or something. I’m always last to know everything, and I wouldn’t of found out if I never phoned.

I would go with her but need to wait for my laptop if it arrives tomorrow, and not over the weekend.

I now have to put up with my sister for 10 minuets before she goes to school, then I get to play with teh kittehs all day.

Thinking about it, I haven’t been round for a while. I haven’t been to my grandma’s either. I’ll have to go sometime.

Decided last night to have a small drink, which turned into a very big drink, which turned into fairly large memory loss.

I have no idea what I done yesterday other than watch Starship Troopers, which either had bits missing or I wasn’t paying attention.

I can’t even remember going to bed, other than waking up in it.

Apart from the slight nauseating feeling I don’t feel so bad, only tired as always.

It’s definitely getting closer to winter in good old England.

I’ve been cold since I got in earlier, and when I got up this morning, but it was actually warm outside. Hmm, it won’t surprise me if snow starts to fall by the end of the week, we never have any decent warm weather.

I guess I’ll be sticking my fire on quite often, as I done at 7:30am this morning, it was freezing!

Doesn’t help much that I’m only wearing a t-shirt. In my defence though, it is a long sleeved one.
